Eating Disorders 101
If you have a loved one with an eating disorder, this course will teach you how to effectively be able to help them. This training is for parents, partners, family and other supports.
Have you shared your concerns with your loved one only to have it end with some ridiculous argument which doesn't seem to be rational?
Or maybe when you have tried to be supportive, your loved one shuts down, changes the subject, or pushes you away?
Do you feel like you have to walk on eggshells with your loved one, constantly fearing something you say is going to make things worse?
